Welcome to D.M.P Trailer Services. By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General

D.M.P Trailer Services provides caravan and trailer repairs, servicing, and related work across the Mornington Peninsula and Greater Melbourne. All work is carried out by qualified technicians with attention to safety and quality standards.

2. Quotes & Estimates

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless specified.
  • Additional costs may apply if unforeseen damage or extra work is identified once the job has commenced. We’ll always contact you before proceeding with any additional work.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee, particularly for allocated workshop time or ordered parts.

4. Payments

  • Payment is required upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major payment methods including EFTPOS and bank transfer.
  • Parts remain the property of D.M.P Trailer Services until payment has been made in full.

5. Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty coverage applies to labour and parts supplied by D.M.P Trailer Services, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Third-party or customer-supplied parts are not covered under our workmanship warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care when servicing or repairing your trailer, D.M.P Trailer Services is not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow our after-service advice. Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

7. Website Use

All content on this website (including text, images, and logos) is owned by D.M.P Trailer Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Website information is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
